after a whole week of fasting.its was 7th roza on my side:sadiyah:
i have got lazier n i feel i am sleeping more
on the good side i am wasting less time and putting all my effort to learn sumthing good from Quran and understand it better

everthing changes with ramadan. the routine for eating & what you eat. :>
ideally, people should eat less than when they are not fasting. but some people eat more.
fasting should be charity of the body, a detoxicaton process for a month. so, it will be great.
sleeping less actually.. find it hard to sleep after sehri
eat less too, esp since i get so thirsty/dry mouth, i drink more water for iftari than anything else, and thus leaves less room for food… which is good i think
i have started sleeping less...and also,i have started eating much less than usual..after iftaari,i would drink lots of water,that's why i do not feel like eating anything..
