And how come all the prophets are from the Arab world? Why is there no Japanese prophet?

Indeed there are madaares (plural of madrissa) that provide education at a higher level.
Madrissa system has existed for a long time to give people religious education. Some of the most famous Madrissas in the sub continent are dar al aloom and mazaher al aloom which are both around saharnpur area. Institutes like these are specialized entities similar to seminaries.
You may be thinking of the term madrissa as the place where fanatics are made. Those are a small number and indeed a problem but there are steps which are being taken to keep some checks and balances on this system as well to prevent abuse of it by speciasl interest groups preying on underpreviliged kids.

but this is culture thing, its not very good to believe in it for some serious issues like marriage, it should only be taken as identity of any family or tribe.
Castes arent a bad thing. its like an identity of which clan you be long to.
Its people who have made high and low castes.
like Mochi and masali are low castes and Rajput & Kashmiri's Qureshi's are high ones. ( for eg)
what happend to brhamins who converted to islam in pakistan?

Hinna, that’s a great idea. I will ask him a lot more question than just that. He has a lot of explaining to do.
The book I am referring to is Thaqreer Raeesu-Thahreer by Moulana Moudoodi. I hope you consider him a Muslim.
You are right, that Islam promotes equality across racial-ethnic lines, but it makes up for that in other ways, e.g., gender and sexuality areas.

Dear, ... Mochi and masali are not casts, they are "Kaseb" "source of earning" there are Qurashis who are Mochis and there are Rajputs who are Julahey. I read some where that just in Punjab 60% of the population is either Rajput or a sub cast of rajputs.
I think NYA can tell you more about How many Syeds and qurashis are Kanjer in Lahore RLA.
