I am unable to choose between my 2 offers, MA M.History (Kings) or MSc Intl Security (Bristol).
I am leaning towards Kings, it having a better namebrand and a 50% passmark, but what can I do with an MA in Modern History, other then go to law school afterwards, which would be a massive financial burden on me.
Yes, but at Bristol the passmark is 60%! Also a detailed look at the sylabbus shows it’s boring material. I have opted out of going there, for these reasons.
This leaves me, at the moment, with a place at Kings for MA Modern History. I am in the process of applying for there MA Intelligence and Intl Security, but am awaiting a reference.
I pulled an earlier application for this course, as I could get the references sorted out.
I hope to get a place, and take it. Failing this, I’ll start the MA History, and see if they’ll let me change course (what’s your take on that?), if not…probably drop out, and die…or work, whichever is easier.
I am no good at, nor have a background in the sciences neither human or mathematical, and have no interest in much stuff. The only other thing that catches my fancy is a spot of Anthropology.
