So basically the whole time I was there me and my friend listened to a lot of music. We’re both really into bhangra so I have a lot of new bhangra gaanay on my computer now that I got from her. I was singing a punjabi song and dancing around in the kitchen in my pajamas like crazy just earlier and my mom was like, “Aiy ki rolla paiyada ai?! ”
I was like, “Ammi I’m gonna run away from home and join a Bhangra Team.”
Ammi was like, “Okay, beta, that’s it. No more trips to California for you.”
hahahha I dunno. Ever since I got back from Cali and the whole time I was there…I feel so gay. Kasme like I’m really getting into this bhangra music I mean I get all ecstatic whenever I heard Jassi Sidhu come on.
So basically I’ve shifted from my life’s dream of wanting to attend the Univ. of MD and become a photojournalist. I now have a new aspiration. I want to move to California and become a professional bhangra dancer.
Now the only question that remains is…
who will be my bhangra partnerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

You can attend UCLA, UCI, Stanford or USC and audition for the school bhangra team. Every year they have a competition here in LA where bhangra teams from around the nation come and compete. You may make it :P
In Maryland, it’s like soooo humid and stuff…but Cali is like naturally airconditioned. At night, it gets to be around 50…and then daytime is in 70s maybe 80s. I’d say it’s hella hottter in MD than in Cali.
