I love the eyeliner that arab girls wear…its soo freakin dark! you can see it from miles away…however i absolutely do not get the same effect with any mac gel eyeliners, urban decay zero..its like its their own brand or something…
anybody know what im talking about? its the haifa wehbe look…and i also see randomn arab girls at places wearing such dark eyeliner…

try layering it multiple times. also, try to apply concealer on your eye before eyeliner that way your eyeliner is going to stand out a lot more.
i owned a brown urban decay eyeliner called boubon, which i didn't use for a long time because it wouldn't show up well enough, one day i applied it after applying my concealer, and i was so noticeable and pretty that it has become my HG since.
