i don’t like people who get impressed easily by someone’s wealth, looks, lifestyle etc.

That sounds great on paper, but c’mon, a guy pulls up in a brand new Mercedes, looks like a dream, has THE high flying yet down to earth balance in his lifestyle…you’re NOT going to be impressed!!!

I cant stand self absorbed people, who think their a lil better looking than they actually are…BIG turn off.

Gold diggers - their usually psycho and very prone to cheap values IMHO

Hairy women - sorry, but if her mooch is moving as she talks, im out the door!

Coloured contact lenses - odd occasions, fair enough. Full time, thats too pretentious

Spendaholic - considering we have third world connections as Pakistanis, and glocal connections as Muslims, any woman who spends hundreds on a handbag, isn’t wife material for me…It’s narrated even in Islam than a woman who over spends is like a miserly man, both destroy their Iman.

Perfume shop - the ones who bathe in perfume in the morning and destory my sinuses. A date, fair enough, spending your life with em? Heeeeell nope.

Star plus drama head case - yep, you know the type, the ones who either let the world run all over them, OR are the saas killers. Both stink and need psychiatric counselling…

Liers - ofcourse, we’ve all met em…the types who are secretaries for a solicitor firm or a doctors surgery but allege to BE a GP or Solicitor. They get found out eventually lol!

Baggage - dont get me wrong everyone has some to a certain extent. But if she’s teasing multiple blokes at the same time, she’s clearly got self esteem issues/insecurities. Old BF’s that are still in the equation etc. Divorcees are a different matter, and I dont think society should stigmatise them as much. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance, and for me thats not baggage, that’s a survivor.

I could go on forever, but to be fair, wifey material is different from GF material. Sad I know, but it is the case. Though as you grow older, you kinda want a synthesis of both.

Change *perfume to *aftershave or what ever they use. If you’re on the tube first thing in the morning on London Underground, it makes you want to gag;

Coloured contacts - I have seen men wear them and do they look awful - yes!

Now THAT sounds like perfect marital material. Anyone can share the good times, it’s the ones who share your bad times, throughout, that are the ones you wanna keep.

Something as simple as a really good deed can make you overlook so much negative traits in person, so really it’s what’s on the inside that counts

Here are some that were on my list:

• Drinking/Smoking: :nono:

• Laziness in every regard (career, taking care of themselves & family, household tasks, etc.)

• Detached from culture and religion completely

• Lacking manners and refinement: there is a time and place for everything… one should know how to behave in particular situations. By a certain age there should be no excuses of knowing how to behave.

• Baggage: Exactly what Janjua wrote above.

• Chauvinistic Behavior: the whole women can’t have any say or opinion and should only be a baby-maker/personal chef mentality does NOT fly with me AT ALL.

• Liars: anyone that lies about being married before, having children out of wedlock or from a previous marriage, lying about your education/degree/jobs: truth ALWYS comes out…

• facial hair (personal preference)

• Guys that spend more time than girls to get ready and it LOOKS like it … aka the “metro-sexuals”: Please leave your skinny ties, vests, overly spikey hair, and colored contacts at home. Thanks.

Its not my fault your imaginary wife has bad taste, instead of a juicy pink-fluffy number maybe if you got her a good, expensive handbag ie a classic which can be handed down generations she would be happy and not need to buy one every season.
