LOL My goodness  if you can read Arabic then please read what it is written there

I read it and its totally the opposite you are trying to prove here  Dont ask me to translate it because you are liking to make it more popular where as the NEWS or the person involved in it has not authenticated what others are saying and also they have said its not true!!

If you are concerning about Egyptian Sheikh then they also have provided fatwah that having Nuclear missiles or missiles of any kind of mass destruction even for your own protection is Haram  would you also like to believe that?

Adviser at the royal court, Sheikh Abdul Mohsen Bin Nasser Al Obeikan he did not speak on the issue of “big feed” not having been asked in a television program, and he must indicate the rule stifles legitimate and not science. Adding that he did not say so only in response to a question from a viewer.

According to Sheikh Obeikan: it is unrelated to the advisory opinion to the foregoing has been talked about earlier in the opinion of one of the sheikhs, who passed the nursing major to work directly, saying that to say such words “serious and true.”

The Obeikan: The origin of lactation to be in the first two years, ie not over the age of the infant two years the verse: (and mothers breastfeed their children for two full years for those who wanted to be breast) (Al-Baqarah verse 233), but passed some of the scholars feeding large in the case of in particular, is whether I need the people home to many grand entry for them and accommodation in their midst, and of course without being fed directly from the woman’s breasts, but exude him from her breast in a pot, and drink it five times until he had enough for a small as stated in the transport scientists, and this situation applies to the take people home from the shelter did not know his father or mother Voredua upbringing and that they like a child, or that the young man not only his relatives and his brother are forced to dwell with him and his family and get critical frequently entering and leaving and the like.

And Obeikan that those who went to the passport feeding large Aisha may Allah be pleased, and tells about Ali and the tab, God bless them, so state, in addition to statements, Layth ibn Sa’d and Ata ibn Abi Rabah, Abu Muhammad ibn Hazm, Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn values and San’aani are sinning and Sheikh Mohammed Sidique Khan, Albanian and interstellar and others, these are all quoted saying the Almighty: (and mothers who Ordankm), (al-Nisa verse 23), and therefore the rule thus an absolute and unrestricted time, and quoted the hadeeth narrated by Muslim in the chapter on breastfeeding of an adult Aisha, she was easy girl Suhail to the Prophet - peace be upon him - said, "O Messenger of God I see in the face of Abu Hudhayfah from entering Salem - an ally. The Prophet - peace be upon him - «Ordaih». Said and how breastfeed him a big man and admit the Messenger of Allah - peace be upon him - said «I know that that great man» In the novel from Aisha that safely freed slave of Abu Huzaifa was with my father Hudhayfah and his family in their home missed - means the daughter of Suhail - The Prophet - peace be upon him - said that the safe had reached the mind of men, and that is smart enough to come to us and I think that in the same Abu Hudhayfah of these things. Said the Prophet - peace be upon him - «Ordaih deprive him and go by the same Abu Hudhayfah». She said she went back, I have breastfed, who went in the same Abu Hudhayfah “” [Narrated by al-Bukhaari in his Saheeh, Kitaab al-Nikaah qualified in the religion section (no. 4800), and Muslim in his Saheeh (no. 1453) and others, and word of a Muslim]

He said in a juristic choices Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (p. 408 - House of the capital): “The Azhar, dotted with integrity so as not to Ihchmon of the need for a story of Salem Mawla Abu Hudhayfah a bit of the doctrine of Aisha and tender and the lion and David, who believed that published privacy at all” a. E

Ibn al-Qayyim: “then so was Aa’ishah order daughters of her brothers and her sister’s daughters to breastfeed from loved Aisha, may Allah be pleased to see and enter it even though was a great five times and then enter them” (Zaad c / 5, p. 555) The hadeeth was narrated by Abu Dawood in married in 2061 and his trustworthy and attributed correctly.

He also said: "third track: the modern easy not Bmnsuk, not ad hoc, not in the right of each one, but it is a license to the need for those who do not dispense with the entry of women, and it is hard invisibility him up like Salem, with the wife of Abu Huzaifa, such a big if breastfed to the need for the impact of breastfeeding, but as for everything else, it affects only dreams of small, and this course al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah Almighty God’s mercy, conversations precluding breastfeeding in the great either absolute are recorded speech easy, or general conditions The allocation of this state, and realized this is better than copying and customization case someone specific, and closer to the action all the talk from both sides, and the rules of Islam see him "(Zaad c / 5, p. 593).

Said San’aani Allah’s mercy “ways of peace” (3/405-406 Riyadh Press): It is better to combine casual and easy to talk: the words of Ibn Taymiyyah, he said: it is small in the breast only if called for by the great need Karzaa can not do without entering to the invisibility of women and building him up like a woman with Abu Salem Hudhayfah, such a great breastfed if the need for the impact of breastfeeding. But from everything else, it must be small. End quote. It brought together good conversations, and the realization of its non-violation of the prima facie jurisdiction, nor copy, and the abolition of what it considered the language and showed him talk "a. E

The imam said Shawkaani in Awtaar (c / 6 p. 373 - edition of Dar Al-Hadith), after mentioning the words the prohibition on breastfeeding of an adult reads: "To say IX: that breastfeeding is a small but called upon him the need Karzaa great can not do without entering to the women and it is hard invisibility to and from Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah This is the correct I fulfills the combination of conversations and by making the story of Salem-mentioned ad hoc pan (but feeding famine and breast-feeding except in the first two years, and breast-feeding except what fills the intestine before weaning and breastfeeding only what Oncz bone and the growth of flesh) and this through the medium between the way he quoted this hadeeth that it is not a provision for breastfeeding of an adult at all and those who make the dreams of the great Karzaa small at all in the not free for every one of these methods of abuse, as will his statement and support that that question easy to the wife of Abu Hudhayfah was after the verse of hijab is stating is not permissible to make decorations for non of the verse is not for them are not of those exempted by Allah but this issue Salem and was similar in that the illness is the need to lift the veil not be restricted and therefore need specific of needs and greater than to lift the veil of a person or persons not of age by unknown. has been proven in the hadeeth easy, she said to the Prophet peace be upon him: “The safe-bearded Ordaih said,” and should be breastfed five times "a. e.

Salam,

This seems to problematic. Since when did Islam start having loopholes for its followers and particular cases for particular people (not age/gender/condition as such laws are widely accepted)?
It's hard to believe that the Prophet (pbuh&hp) would actually 'break' an Islamic law (Allah's refuge). And from the looks of how Umme Salama (as) retaliates when she hears Ayesha propagating this, makes it quite clear how much of a 'special case' this was.

Wa-assalam Alaykum

Re: what are your thoughts on this fatwa now???

oh Gosh ! muslims gone wild

will I be deprived of my bovine doodh patti now?

Peace Basim Ali

Please enlighten ... which Islamic Law is allegedly being broken?

The law which forbids breast-feeding after 2 years of age. To give you a Qur'anic reference:
And the mothers should suckle their children for two whole years for him who desires to make complete the time of suckling;... (2:233)

To give you a reference from a Sunni source (which clearly contradicts the creation of a 'special case'):
Imam Malik's Muwatta: Book 30, Number 30.1.11:
Yahya related to me from Malik that Yahya ibn Said said that he heard Said ibn al-Musayyab say, "Suckling is only while the child is in the cradle. If not, it does not cause flesh and blood relations."

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that he said, "Suckling however little or much, makes haram. Kinship by suckling makes men mahram."

Yahya said that he had heard Malik say, "Suckling, however little or much when it is in the first two years, makes haram. As for what is after the first two years, little or much, it does not make anything haram. It is like food."

Wa-alaykum assalam

Peace Basim Ali

You have given me narrations. I can easily give you a narration back ... that is the hadith of the prophet Muhammad (SAW) in the incident with Sahla (RA).

One narration is of companions the other is by Muhammad (SAW) himself.

Now ... please tell me again which "law is being broken"? Now this time you need to be specific. In fact from what you have provided it actually contradicts your assertion of "Islamic Law". It's okay I'll give you time to respond. JazakAllahukhair. Wassalam.

Re: what are your thoughts on this fatwa now???

^ I mentioned a verse, did I not? Does a hadith stand before, the first source of law, the Qur'an?

I don't understand what you're asking, otherwise. A law exists that there is no breast-feeding after two years of age. The Prophet (pbuh&hp) 'breaks' the own law he made for one person who was 'approaching puberty', which is definitely more than two years of age. (allah's refuge) How is that fair to all the rest of us?

Wa-alaykum assalam

Peace Basim Ali

Okay I'll spell it out for you ... You gave this statement ...
Yahya said that he had heard Malik say, "Suckling, however little or much when it is in the first two years, makes haram. As for what is after the first two years, little or much, it does not make anything haram. It is like food."
According to this narration the 'anything' refers to milk-siblinghood does not take affect. however, the blue text above shows that to take milk after the age of two is like 'food' it does not make milk-siblinghood. But it does not say that drinking milk after 2 years of age is haram.

Again in the ayat ... The instruction is to wean a child until 2 years of age. There is no provision in this ayat that states that to feed a child your own or anyone elses after they have reached 2 years is haram.

The condition for a child to be weaned is to be done by 2 years. If a woman gives someone elses child milk who is more than two years there is no bond of 'motherhood' and no bond of siblinghood to her children. The ayat is silent on whether it is ALLOWED or NOT to give milk after 2 years. Rather it states up UNTIL 2 years the weaning process is over.

So there is no LAW here.

The only law is that a non-mahram man is not allowed to see the satr of the non-mahram woman let alone touch it to drink her milk. However, based on what Yahya said it is clear that the drinking of the milk is not haram which means there must be another way to drink that milk.

Although it is weird and strange, a bit sickly to do so ... a woman may give her milk to a non-mahram man to drink so long as he does not come into contact with her. Hence you conclude that 'expressed' milk must be given in the hadith, which is confirmed in the commentary for that hadith.

There is no provision making this haram. However, it does not make the boy a mahram either. The hadith of Sahla is not stating that the boy has become mahram, rather it states that he 'used to look at the breast-feeding' and after drinking the milk a few times his desire and hence his 'look' ceased. Which implies that he may have simply been curious about the milk and the prophet Muhammad (SAW) knew this in his wisdom, instructed for him to be given it and have his curiousity quenched. This hadith does not state that he became mahram, but at the same time it states that it is not haram to drink breast-milk.

Although most adult minds will naturally find this odd and horrible.

Lol true
