what are your thoughts on Pakistanophiles?

So i’m guessing there are many foreign Pakistanophiles on GS like the following member.

I’ve came across this word in many other places. So i looked it up.

Do you have any fav foreign Pakistanophile celebrities? Here are a few.

WikiGrain: Pakophilia

Pakophilia, Pakistanophilia or Pro-Pakistan love sentiment (PPLS), is a term described by Pakistan’s political scientists as a fondness and love of aspects of Pakistani culture, Pakistani history,Pakistani cuisine, Pakistani traditions and the People of Pakistan and in general, all things concerning Pakistan. A Pakophile is a foreigner who displays Pakophilia as differed from a Patriot who would be a Pakistani.[1]Interest in Pakistan and its [LANDSCAPE

Interest in Pakistan has to a great extent been driven by the foreign relations of Pakistan or countries which have had a historically friendly and stable relationship with Pakistan, includingChina, Germany, Indonesia, Turkey, Poland and much of the Muslim world, which still have historical cultural presence in the country and remain staunch supporter of Pakistan, with large amounts of citizens of these countries residing in Pakistan.
The Pakistani diaspora has in addition contributed to the country’s exposure throughout Europe and the West. The like or interest of Pakistan is the opposite of the concept of pakophobia or Anti-Pakistan sentiment, which is the fear and dislike of things concerning Pakistan.

what are your thoughts on local and foreign Pakistanophiles? Do you find their enthusiasm can get annoying? Would you encourage their pakistanophilic ways or discourage them?**

Re: what are your thoughts on Pakistanophiles?

Well, right now it’s your enthusiasm that’s most annoying although this post may just encourage you to write more verbiage but alas certain things can’t be helped

Re: what are your thoughts on Pakistanophiles?

Thanks for the honesty. One can’t make everyone like their posts. Although i have significantly cut down on my verbiage no one is forced to read it.
Main point of this thread was not me but mentioning of Pakistanophiles worldwide as there may be many which people may not be aware of.

Re: what are your thoughts on Pakistanophiles?

I like the way you parry negativity. How much u charge for lessons?

Re: what are your thoughts on Pakistanophiles?

@Arleitter @bitter

Re: what are your thoughts on Pakistanophiles?

Life is too short for negativity and people face much greater issues than I in their life. So negativity needs to be put in perspective.

No charge as of yet but even if there was i’d give you lessons for free. You too are good at parrying negativity and I am just new to this game. Your humble nature, acceptance of the good points of others and your gentleness is also inspiring.
I wish all desi uncles were like you.

Re: what are your thoughts on Pakistanophiles?

aur threads main tareef ab yahan bhi kar lo. From your signature and your comments it is obvious that Pakistani land is sacred to you and you have deep respect for it. This is also a type of Pakistanophilia. Then express karne mein kya hai. It’s easy for us to say things on threads that can be confrontation like cricket lekin aise threads mein hum khamosh ho jaate hain. I feel the same but I wish i had that same family connection. Chahe koi log maane ya na maane mujhe lagta hai woh hamare bhai behn hain sadiyon ke..similarly to how different nations in Europe see each other.

Re: what are your thoughts on Pakistanophiles?

Yes,it is avery good thread. I like the way you express your inclination for Pakistan and it’s culture. But there are issues that are yet to be resolved with Pakistan.Only amicable ways can help both the nations to find eternal peace between both the states.

It is Sindh land ,I respect and revere. My roots are there.Anything that mentions my pure Sindh land is a matter of interest for me.

Re: what are your thoughts on Pakistanophiles?

True. Let’s not delve into politics, governments and issues. Let’s talk about what you admire when it comes to Pakistani culture, cuisine etc As someone who has visited the land you have a unique insight.

Your last sentence speaks of a love and devotion that is almost patriotic. would you like to expand on that and say what makes you respect and revere Sindh land? Is it just because of your roots or more? What makes Sindh Land pure compared to elsewhere?

A Sindhi loves his land and soil more than anything in this world.

So your pyar, ishq, mohabhat for Sindhi land is more than anything else in this world? That’s an interesting love considering you are not from the country of Sindh.
Must be a deep love. I like/love places in India and Australia but not with such intensity.
