I have goals and dreams and aspirations and ambitions… I have them all,
they are just somewhere in my bag, gotta search for them

I want to complete my MBA now that I've done my MD and go into hospital administration. A dream of mine is to be a hospital director.
I would like to one day open up a charitable hospital in a rural area - either in Pak or India and go there whenever I can to treat people.
It's a very ambitious dream but I'm working hard towards it and my in-laws and husband are all very supportive Mashallah.
My husband has always supported my dreams and we have many other dreams as a married couple such as kids, a good family life, etc. But we also want to give back to the community in a big way so are working towards that. He really wants to send an elderly couple for Hajj who cannot afford it and I think it's very admirable.
I think besides charity, I want my families (in-laws and my side) to be very happy. I want them to travel, enjoy their lives and live life to the fullest.

I aspire to be the type of person that i am happy with because I still have loads to learn and improve in myself which makes my self confidence very shaky but i'm hoping as I improve more and more about myself professionally\careerwise and personally I'll be ready for something similar to a married life but until then I don't think i'm even close to being ready for another adult around me all the time for a life time.
get rid of my stage fright which is pretty bad then i'm hoping to be less timid in front of an audience or a large group of people so I can make a huge impact on other people's lives. Anxiety, self doubt, low self esteem, and getting nervous is so annoying for myself. I'm hoping to rid myself of those negatives.

nothing special. Just survive, get a decent job, get married, raise couple of kids, enjoy retirement

My ultimate goal is to die with imaan and have my final words be the shahada. I want to die without debt - either for this duniya or aakhira. It's also very important to me to be a good son, father and husband, where I fulfill those rights both in terms of deen as well as duniya. I want to also keep progressing in deen, particularly in ibadaat and improving my character so that I'm not only not an oppressor but that I give more than I take. I want to leave behind plenty of sadaqa jariya, in the form of my progeny or any Muslim I can inspire to do something good or any other action that can benefit the ummah.
Apart from that, I'd like to improve some technical/career skills. I'd like to become an MCP, with one or more related to .NET. I'd love to learn mobile app development and develop several apps. I'd also love to develop my own game someday.
As for married life and its bearing on all of this, well my wife is mostly supportive. Through she gets irritated with my absence when I go for night classes to improve my tech skills.

You would not be the only one.
There was a US Army office near my salon and I would get a lot of female customers from there as well. I was surprised and also very happy to see many desi Muslim girls in army gear stop by...because of them I started offering army/veteran discounts.

Reminds me of a rishta guy who asked me my 5 year goals and 10 year goals…all of a sudden it felt like a job interview

To do something for poor people, I believe reasonable kapray, eatable food and liveable house are something which everyone must have.Apart from that just be a better person.
