Well the thing about wearing new clothes is that it’s hard for people that don’t live in Pakistan to have new fancy suits every year.

Hence, I wear hand-me-downs. :bummer:

Nah, I don’t. There’s not a big desi community where I live. :frowning:

However, there are some small stores in DC that sell desi clothes and all, but they cost like 5 times as much as they should.

im definitely celebrating eid.....one happy day in the whole year i dont wanna miss it....the rest will be marked by sad days of majalis and all plently of time to mourn.

but i definitely will be donating some new eid clothes too.... if the edhi center uncle doesnt end up giving them to his bhanji or bhateeji.
