Even IF i didnt want to do it...I'd do it!! I can't stand being unorganized and feeling like everything is out of control. But that's just me.
Maybe you can take a day off from cooking (i am sure you deserve it) and order something (like most people suggested). You dont have to go on your trip til next week so you still have plenty of time to pack for that....perhaps you'll feel more up to doing it 2moro maybe even do some shopping? Right now I would clean my house ASAP.

Clean the mess first then things will get easier for you 
Trip is next week so no worries I can pack in one day First clean your house order pizza and then start packing.
