Tonight I am doing Seared Tuna with a Wasabi Buerre Blanc sauce with chives. Sauted thin sliced mixed veggies waffle sliced roast potatos with fresh rosemary. Screwed up the Buerre Blanc last time, not enough moisture. Frikin' French sauces are hell to make right.....

ohio Guy..fed ex isnt open... tis nearly 9pm here so its going by royal mail and you should get it by say ...the middle of next year...

The worst thing about pubs are those peanuts on the counter. Right after the stale man inthe corner wh oeats those religiously.

Oysters. I just had oysters fresh from the sea on the beach front - topped with tabasco, lemon and pepper.
