No it’s not ‘just’ trust me. 5kg is alot. The only change I made in my diet after successfully losing it is eating half a liter icecream after dinner. You think that could be it?

sugar works very quick on me. If your body reacts to sugar like mine does,then I think your ice cream is the culprit for at least 3 kgs. Go cold turkey on it :hbk:

That is cooking science young man, the part of body that is used least is going to be most tender. Here I can buy Sirloin for 8 dollars a Kg, striploin would be 29 and tenderloin at 35 a Kg. We seem to have the best beef in the world. Meat around the leg area will be tough. Do they marinate the meat as you couldn’t make it tender without it.
