I'm making bihari kabab and malai chicken boti, tried them today and they turned out yummy (so said my father and bhai, world's best critics)

midnighteyes, i use the one by Ahmed brand i think and love adding it to everything 
Not sure where you are but i got mine in Chicago so i am sure it should be easily availible in desi stores. Try to find it if not just leave it out i guess. Its not going to hurt anything but i love the somewhat spicy khatta taste.
U can blend green chillies with lemon juice :)

So starters/appertizers:
aloo tikkis
cholay & aloo tikkis
shaami kebabs
sheekh kebab
lahori chargha
tandoori murghi
peshawari kebab
A very got green chilli chutney
Salads
Mains (not many as starters filled everyone up!!)
Kali mirchi murghi
pilau
keema do-piaza
rotis
Dessert trolley:
tiramisu (sorry spelling isn't good today!!)
double chocolate fudge cake
lemon drizzle cake
All wasted down with fizzy drinks, good old mango juice and nice british tea.

Sounds delish! Can you please post recipes for Kali Mirch Chicken and Peshawari kabab? Are those kababs the same as chappli kababs?
