midnighteyes, i use the one by Ahmed brand i think and love adding it to everything Not sure where you are but i got mine in Chicago so i am sure it should be easily availible in desi stores. Try to find it if not just leave it out i guess. Its not going to hurt anything but i love the somewhat spicy khatta taste.
