about the allergies i saw one last year or 2 years ago, he said to go on a 9 month allergy shots.. (1shot per month) but never committed to it. as for the cyst, I have an appointment next week :D

Pollen..!!!....and a certain group of drugs(NSAID's)....
i never had any of these allergies....they started a few yrs back....:(
and since then spring season every year is a nightmare....:(

I drink Lactaid milk , I tried soy milk but did not like it.

Dust, Pollen :( I remember once getting really sick because of eating mushrooms but i fought with that allergy lol cuz i got sick thrice consectively cuz of mushrooms but on the 4th time i won and was fine :D.

i'm allergic to body shop products!
anything (foundation, mask, matifier etc) i apply on the face gives me rashes, itchiness and my skin turns rough

what can really benefit us all is this one way to stop seasonal allergies - sprng clean the whole house & work space and cars.

I've heard that air purifiers are excellent.
