Try wrist-stands and wrist pressups..... had to do it last night during Lau Gar class, it was excruciating!

And you thought your wrists hurt, my friend at least they havent gone purple and had to be slapped back into life this morning to prevent blood clots :(

If it helps you feel better grab some Tiger balm from you chemist, trust me it **WILL **ease the pain, its a trick i use often. Oh and don't worry Tiger balms just a name it's not made from Tigers, becuase if it was i wouldn't use it ;)
