  1. Venue
  2. Decoration
  3. Staging and Flowers
  4. DJ or Live Singer or so
  5. Lightings - Focus one
  6. Smoke
  7. Catering
  8. Wearing - Suit or Blazer or so..
  9. Car to ride on to the venue
  10. Photographer and Videographer

What Else..??

what would be the girl wearing?
Her outfit, parlour etc

list of guests

gifts for girl's family, Mementos or favors for guests. Sweets/ mithai.

floral work

  2. what to use for rasm i.e. cake or mithai or cupcakes- the themed ones or the basic ones.
  3. invitation cards
  4. set up of tables like what things to put on the tables( most of the marriage venue ppl do not give special attention to this aspect unless u tell them exactly how you want it. good luck

Usually what is done for Engagement event ? i assume not much heavy.. usually its much light.. please advise
