When you are wearing a top that has short sleeves and you need to pray namaz…there are these sock like things that are open on both ends that you can wear as “under-sleeves” and they cover the gap left by the sleeves of your shirt.

jamaavar nahiiN bal k jaanavar. jaamavar means 'something [fabric] that covers" and baazoo means arms…so, baazoo-jaamavar = fabric that covers arms.
btw, the word is NOT paajaama = pyjama because paa = feet, feet covering = socks.
the correct word is actually paayejaama where:
paaye = legs
