I'd say that the most importat is when he/she is among ppl, ppl should not know/feel like as if he/she is a Mod. And ofcourse he/she should be fair & just.

Ehsan bhai se kis kis cheese ka liya request kerna hai, he is a great man …un ka bhoot bara dil hai i know …but zara doray Issues zara Solve hoo gie phir is issue ko un ka sath discuss ker lai gai … Mera liya yeh he kafi hai ka shikra bhai muge mod ka qabil samaj lai …on the otherside agar i hav these kinda capabilities / potential hoo ga then inhai khud ne nazar aa gie ga ..i didnt need to mension them …he will himself offer me kiya keh tai hai moderatorship
