What are the rates of 1 Christian child’s life = -------- Muslim children lives.
Similarly for Jewish child, …etc.
After 9 / 11 has USA been able to retrieve the lives of their children in accordance to the exchange rates. I think it has been a lot more than that, as it used to be in the subcontinent at the times of British rule.
