husband want to run a business , a take away business, in brighton, in the uk. its rougghly 90 mins away from where i live now. the owners are selling
because they are multi millionairs…( thats the reason they give) and want to move on…the owners are muslim.
the premium is 60.000pounds, thats all we pay…
im unsure as to
why the selling
and brighton is a distinctly nonmuslim area, so how could i supply halal when its not needed there, what would i do..
also the scheme involves bro in law from pakistan, who i jsut found out is illegally here…we think…

Brighton apparently does have 1 or 2 halal places, not sure how halal is halal though! There are a few Muslims there, I think there are at least 2 mosques. One is near the Taj Mahal big store near the beach.
I would doubt millionaires would be selling a successful business for 60,000. If it was so profitable, it should cost more. Have a good look at the accounts.
Be under no illusion as to running your own business, it is HARD WORK, 24/7 responsibility. Can't even trust family members to take care of it when you are not there (read BIL!).
If your husband wants to run his own business, I strongly recommend he undertakes work experience in a similar venture, taking on most of the responsibility so that he knows how it is.

Anyway Brighton does have a pretty big muslim and asian population, both residents and from the student influx.
