Assalamualaikum,
Asking forgiveness for them, if you read Quran daily ask Allah to give ajar of recitation to them, if you teach someone something as a naiki ask Allah to give ajar of your all good deeds to them. If you can pray two nafal daily and make special dua for them. Moreover charity on behalf of them can be given, umrah hajj
Dua : Rabighfirli wali waali dayya ( oh my Rab forgive me and my parents)
Rabbir ham huma kama Rabbayani sagheera-Surah Bani Israel auat 24 ( oh Rab have mercy on my parents as they were merciful when i was child~in my words meaning)

I pray for for them after when every I pray.
You can also do sadqa in their name... like sadqa-i-jaria
Help some children, so your parents get rewards.
I pray you get children who do same for you.
