[No buddy its not like that in the start people want to get paid what people earn in US…I have worked in Systems limited in one of their department and trust me they paid peanuts and they use to take work from us like 17 18 hours and even with no over time what so ever…And the projects were totally based in US too and we were working in their Lahore office …So its my own experience

I personally have worked on some fixed bid projects where company earned $10000 in one week per employee. You cannot compare your salary with earning of your employer.
and you are talking about salaries of Programmers or some HR or other supporting staff in Systems limited?
