What are some questions

you can ask a potential spouse to get an insight into their personality, things you can’t directly ask? For example, if I want to know how he handles a difficult situation at work (he’s the boss of a company) that makes him angry, I’m not going to directly ask him ‘do you get angry a lot or lash out at people around you?’ So what are some good questions to ask, aside from the obvious ones?

Re: What are some questions

You can start a topic on Business or Economics…work it around his company atmosphere. Then slyly ask “What is your company’s conflict-resolution policy” or “How do you deal with an lazy and unethical employee” Pay attention to the wording. Does he belittle his employees, or speak nicely of them? How superior does he think of himself? So on..

Re: What are some questions

Maybe ask him about problems he’s had a work before and how he’s handled it before? Or put a potential scenario to him?
