What are color options for Barat other than red?

Since Red is tooooo common and most of the time brides in red look the same so what are color options for those who dont want to wear red on barat?

ps. Red is quite a risky color, not everyone looks good in red

there are so many shades of red and maroon that you can always find your color....but i think any jewel tone color would look like on a baraat

I think everyone looks good in red. Brides have been wearing the colour for years and it is still going strong. There are many different shades of red and there must be one that suits you.

For me, red is totally a ba'raat day colour but I love to add an other one just for contrast. Other than that, I have seen brides wear many colours on their ba'raat day that they liked even white.

i also didnt like following the red n maroon shades for wedding i wanted purple.......but ended with shocking pink.........

There is a particular shade of red for everyone:) Every color looks beautiful on a bride so choose the one you like best and suits you the best. SGC wore an sage and beige combo and looked stunning. Chanda wore an emerald jora and looked beautiful. There's a magenta/lime Bunto bride that's always been a favorite of mine. Fuchsia, peach, apricot, shocking pink, plum...there's just so much out there!
