Lots of options indiscriminate about the files it removes. Now they have free home and Pro versions available.

spybot is pretty good. I used it a lot back in the days when I used to have a windows home computer.

Avast Home edition (Free and the best), but antivirus program cant protect your system alone, you have to make a combination with any spyware and mallware protection with antivirus.

i suggest go for any licensed version of antivirus with internet security, they all are cheap for home users.
