amazing indeed... tremendous potential with this sort of technology being embedded in our daily use artifacts to allow a ubiquitous end-user experience. I can't wait!
On a side note, why are Pranavs geniuses... I know two others whom I've worked with.

But I think that in above video idea is million dollar worth. Other then that I think its mostly nano-technology at work.
1-smallest camera.
2-smallest SOC(system on chip)
3-smallest modem(using cell phone network)

To me this seems like a very viable combination of ambient intelligence and fluid interfaces and that's what gives it so much potential for changing our worlds.
You're right though that nano-electronics will probably be one of the factors that determines when we'll get to see this idea in play for the masses.

Pretty interesting. But the surprise of it was ruined by minority report a few years back.
