what age baby should be put in walker?
In our country it is since few years advised not to use walkers
Re: what age baby should be put in walker?
too young , mine started at around 7 months
Re: what age baby should be put in walker?
Walkers can be dangerous. And def. a 5 month old should not be put in one.
Re: what age baby should be put in walker?
in the US, doctors are against walker. New research shows that use of walkers actually delays walking. We didn’t since it for out kid. But 5.5 month is way too young.
Re: what age baby should be put in walker?
In US, we don’t have those walkers that you have Pakistan. Apparently they are dangerous and don’t really help children walking. However, we do have activity jumpers for children 6months and above. Again with jumpers you have to make sure your child is not left alone in the jumper and is not left for more then 30 minutes. We used the jumper when our son was around 6 months.
Get rid of that walker as it is not good for babies.
Re: what age baby should be put in walker?
As some of these other girls have mentioned, walkers aren’t really that helpful. And they are dangerous! Especially if you have stairs in your home. I’ve heard about so many horrible cases where baby fell off the stairs, in their walker, and died
Better be safe than sorry!!!
