Belittling name calling, disrespecting me/yelling at me in front of someone else or making me the subject of a joke which I'm not in on with other people (and I already dont tolerate bongay boys to begin with). But this is all things he could do to me. There are other things that could be far worse, like disrespecting his parents, my parents or the elderly, having a potty mouth like Amir Liaquat, or putting down someone who is not his "equal" socially.
Yeah, all disrespectful and all deal-breakers.

Nothing would. Honestly. I can understand in the beginning of your relationship when you're not comfortable but after years of being together, I think it's weird to get "disrespected" in an intimate setting. Of course, as long as it is consensual and if it is nothing could disrespect me. Knowing I'm my fiance's first and last SO and future-wife and him being my first and last SO/future-husband (we both didn't date prior to one another) helps a lot. And as future Women's Studies major, ahem. Basically, I have no hangups about things knowing he would never mean it in a disrespectful way.
Now, porn would be the only thing that would piss me off but thank god that is not even an issue.

If you respect someone one mistake does not lead to a loss of respect. A series of actions do as they show a character flaw that you do not find acceptable. If you lose respect for someone based on one incident you never respected them in the first place.
In an intimate setting it would obviously be saying no to a threesome.
