Sorry Sadi Sobi, I know nothing about all this carb and calories stuff. Personally, I would suggest eating what you want (within reason) as long as you exercise. Also, cut down on the junk food, crisps, cakes, chips, muffins, coffee (although I have yet to give up coffee), etc. None of these diet plans work for me (not that I’ve ever properly tried them for more than a week) except for regular exercise. Try eating healthier; more fish, veggies, grilled foods, … um, and everything else Shahreen suggested. Hmm, I’m not sure if I even answered your question. Sorry. :bummer:
