and, that’s the joke i was referring too. i watched a program yesterday in which this woman anchor went to all the high-kunDaa areas of Karachi and she tried to find out why and who does this? she was told by invariably everyone that it’s the KESC whose employees do it for Rs 5-10 K. If they wanted the legal connections, the KESC discouraged them and asked for Rs 15 K to have a connection and then get billed for upto 1.5 lacs in bills. they say they are helpless. they have to have kunDaas to survive.
