Yep theres two things I do…

If I feel down I can either spread that mood and make everyone else even more down than me… or reverse it completely.

To do that I start dancing and singing like a madman… instantly bringing much joy to others who can laugh at my antics and I can laugh with them for being such an Idiot… :silly:

Well then alternatively you can listen to soothing music…

Go find some friends and chill out with them…

Take a relaxing shopping trip, you need not spend anything just window shop and lift the mood…

Find some miserable victim to torture… Okay that was a joke dont look at me like that… :cb:

and if all else fails take it from me go destroy the fridge… or whatever other source of food you know… :khumar:

I recall jokes, funny stuff i did and how can make others laugh in my mind which make me feel happy as well as bring smile on my face. This how i come up and bright :champ:
