Good, that's what humans should get for thinking that they can rule over all life on this planet. Wild animals should not be kept in captivity to perform for our amusement.

What i don't understand is, them knowing that she's violent, why are there no safety precautions. The trainer should be far enough from the water, so their life isn't in danger. Now I just hope they don't kill the whale, but instead put her in a zoo or something.

Most likely she will never survive in the ocean, because she doesn't know how to hunt for food or deal with other wild killer whales.

If you can train them some silly tricks for our amusement, you can also train them how to survive outside of a pool. Plus also their instincts come into play.
By the way, the same Orca also killed a trainer back in 1991. So yeah, shows how humans keep doing the same mistakes over and over again. What a waste of Allah's beautiful creation.

Such people should be punished who use animals for their own buffoonery, like the dog fights.. bull fights.. bear in cages... elephants riding a bike.. some even use them in porn movies for sexual activities... this is so pathetic, nothing angers me more than that

No, the trainer who died a couple of days ago was a woman. Now, this very same whale, Tillikum, has previously killed two other people, in 1999 and 1991, both of whom were male.

Nah, the whale show makes SeaWorld too much money for the whale to be killed or put in retirement. The shows have resumed, after a couple of days of hiatus.
