Still didnt answer my question. From teh suggestions you guys made for avoiding wet dreams I concluded that masturbation is forbidden in Islam. That is why I asked.

You should know ,any perversion of NORMAL is taboo inALL religions.Although i have not studied all ,christian,judaism,hinduism literature ,None condone or advice FOR it
So this hindus rally against Islam in particular be it for modesty in women ,head gear ,veil,discouragement of flaunting of sexuality,flamboyant with sexual overtures,immodesty in dressing are all religous values in most major religion & not that Islam is a ‘monster’ as all nonmuslim try to present.Islam only discourages those that by old gold standard is considered UNADVISABLE .

A lotta parents don't talk about this stuff with their kids? So when the dude comes of age (no pun intended) its as confusing as hell. Heck, my dad didn't pull me to the side and had that father-son talk about "SOn.. there's this thing about wet dreams...." SO when I was going through this, I actually thought something was wrong with me.

So folks, there's something to keep in mind when you become a parent and watch your kid reach puberty. Have that chit-chat with the kid and dissipate some of that frustration. Adolescense is hard as it is...
