Your full name as it appears on your CNIC /passport !
Once your mate send you the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) - along with it go to WU collection agents with a photocopy of your CNIC - and your original card as proof !

Yes, As Nabigh said, your official name and the area from wehre you probably would pick the money (e.g Lahore, if you lice there). That is it.
WU will issue a MTCN number to your friend that he/she can provide to you. You can go to WU agent and pick that money.

You need money, your ID, your friends name his ID and western union will give u a MTCN number that you need to tell ur friend.
Western union charges same fee if u go to there location or do transfer over the phone. I tried to do transfer over the phone twice (two different times) and it didn't work so they gave me a discount code (both times) and told me if i went to there location i can use this code for discount. I did get the discount.
