Westernising Pakistan?

I noticed that pakistan aswell as india and sri lanka are becoming more western at a fast pace is this good for the countries and why do you think this is?

The clothes, the way they act even trying to talk english when they don't know how to. They seem to be getting into a lot more relationships alot of people have girl or boyfriends.

We have always looked up to the west but Pakistan wasn't as westernised when I was living there a decade ago as it is now. Definitely saw the difference when I went back to visit. Modernisation can be both a good thing and a bad thing.
