Yes, three piece can be worn but not when temp is 90 plus and the person is wearing woolen fabric…

I have seen people going out for dinner to eat Pizza or Burger in three piece suit and eat with forks and knife…!

I was merely talking about the media.

People have different opinion off course. This is based on cultural background.

This is just nature of people. Western criticize east, eastern criticize west.

Even western talk negative of many western ‘cultural norms’ and eastern criticize east.

West was at one time holding same values as east having values now a days and time is changing fast with globalization.

Showing ankles of women was a big no no in US in 50’s. Dating without sex was norm then also. Men used to ask parent for girls rishta.

actually tropical wool is very light, I had a tropical wool suit, very light weight, actually easier to wear than cotton ones.

yep ethnocentrism results in people cricizing aspects of other cultures.

and as you note that western culture has changed over the years, so has the culture in Pakistan. and the pace is now pretty fast

btw the wana bes that you noted, 3 piece suit for pizza hut in 90s degree weather, I can only shake my head and sigh at that
