seriously though thats a much deeper debate on whether right or wrong is based on some morality, societal norms, religion or what.
point being if someone criticizes generation after generation cousin marriages, maybe the person has a point, maybe the fact that you see so much more birth defects is something one should ponder rather than become flag waving defender of culture etc.
