All the names are current just slightly different name. Sometimes drastically different. 
These are somewhat hard to find.
Russia - Roos
Syria- Shaam
Bharat- Hindustan
England- Inglistan aka Walayat
amreeka = amreeka !!
Cambodia- Compoochia !!
morocco- marakesh
Algeria- Aljazair
Morocco --- Majrib
Jordan --- Urdin
Palestine -- Falisteen
Saudi Arabia -- Soodiya
Lebanon ---Libnan
Russia ---Roosya
Turkey --Turkeya
United Arab Emirates - al Imarat al Arabiyah al Muttahidah
Just a clarifcation, I am not looking for how we pronounce the name wrong. I am looking for the actual name that is said different in Muslim countries.
America - Amreeka is just bad pronunciation
But
Egypt - Misr is actual different name to the same country.
Britain - Bartaania
South Africa - Junoobi Afrika
My favorite desi translation is of The West Indies - Jazaair Gharb-ul-hind
Also,
Spain - Hispaania
Comoros: juzr ul Qamr
Sharjah: Ashaariqa
Chechnya: Sheeshan
Germany: Almania
France: Fransa
Norway: Nerwaij
Australia: ustraalia

on second thought, maybe in arabic its called what you said :)still not sure though.
