Its very much related to this forum.
So if western model failed, is their any model acceptable to all cultures / societies. A society may assume that their prescription is the solution of worldly problem (as west did), but when a cuisine developed in one part of the world can not get acceptability in other part of the world, how come a whole model / system from one part of the world can work in another part of the world?
