**Gifts are made while a person is alive. and there are No limitations on that
Inheritance however goes to heirs after a person passes away!
In Islam inheritance laws list of heirs are predefined by the Holy Quran! and the Sunnah of Our Prophet PBUH!
therefore one should follow them!
However in western culture one can leave all ones wealth to ones favorite pet or person or organization in ones will!
and if a person dies without a will the State decides where his inheritance goes and it is usually to his wife and children!
Where as in Islamic Law if one passes away without a recorded will then the property is distributed per the rulings of Holy Quran and Hadith!**

The guidance in Islam is that if you own any property/wealth and you are planning on traveling then you should write a Will!

I’m not very knowledgeable, so I could be wrong about this, but I think a person can write a will for only 1/3rd of his wealth and the rest will be distributed as per the Shariah law.

Freedom to practice faith as long as it is not interfering with human rights and their laws you can’t cite religious rights and marry a 16 yr old, beat children, say tallak 3 times and kick the woman out etc. These Russian Christians were jailed for beating their children, they cited religious rights but the court did not buy that. This pakistani guy killed his wife for cooking daal rather then baakra and his lawyer cited culture and court did not accept that as a mitigating factor.

Citing good extreme stories from the culture you love and bad extreme stories from the culture you hate doesn’t prove anything.
Haven’t you read of the priests sexually abusing kids for years? Or a gazillion such stories where the wives and kids were beaten and raped by their own father under the influence of alcohol or even without it? Just because others choose not to cite such stories with references doesn’t mean they don’t know.
Talaq 3 times is divorce and so is signing a document once. Why is one looked down upon and the other not?
Talaq 3 timed is misused by some and so is the divorce under signature misused by some, who take away half of what the spouse earned even when they don’t deserve it.
Killing because the wife didn’t cook what he wanted is in no way supported by any religion nor any culture so why would you even bring it up here?

And what human rights are we talking about? The same ones which allow the country to wage war on a weaker country because they THOUGHT they had weapons of mass destruction when you actually HAVE the said weapons of mass destruction. 
Don’t civilian lives in other countries matter? Or are only your citizens humans?
I do not hate or abhor any other religion, culture or country. Every culture and country is evolving. Every culture and every country in the world has its good and bad and those who don’t see that are the extremists. And extremism, be it in religion or any other thing, is bad.

Mostly the rights in their own society, every dominant power since the beginning of civilization has forced their will on the weaker nations. The consequences of resisting can be catastrophic. West is the only superpower in the history of civilisation which allows for a lot of freedoms and wealth for weaker nations. All Saddam had to do was to take his ill gotten billions and his family and go in exile and he chose war, I can still remember most of his bellicose threats and taunts and calling US a toothless tiger and rivers filled with blood rants. Osama and his extremist bretheren committed an act of war and Taliban were given a chance to hand him over and avoid war. In the absence of American supervision the Saudis and Iranians would commit genocide on each other of epic proportions. We should be thankful to USA to annihilate ISIS which would be flogging women and raping girls and converting them into sex slaves. Just read the history and compare the slaughters and rapes and forced conversions of previous dominant forces.

So young missy I read that a study shows that 90 percent of street children in Karachi are sexually assaulted on the first night and 66 percent of the rapes are committed by police, this really is not an extreme example it is a very general occurrence. Yes there are criminals here but the law protects women and children. Powerful Anthony Weiner just got sent to jail for sexting to a young girl, I repeat just a text. How many people get arrested for raping street children there. What happens when a 70 year old purchases a 10 yr old to be his bride in Saudia?

3 times talak and a swift kick and 396 dollars in Mehr is a lot different than alimony payments, child support, splitting of wealth and consequences for any proven abuse. Not a single muslim girl here accepts Islamic talak, they want white judges to get them justice as per western laws. Even the burkas go to white judge and refuse to pack up and leave on the utterance of 3 talaks. Why is it that even the most religious here dont accept islamic talak. They want jail terms for chantas, alimony, splitting the wealth.
Does it seem equitable if a woman sacrifices her life for a man raises his children and after 20 yrs he give her 396 dollars and sends her packing or bring in a younger hotter woman to be second, third, fourth wife?
