Oh good it ain't just me. Yeah their poses and their clothes were....err...well pornstarish. They aren't beautiful. Now there are Pakistani girls who are drop dead gorgeous and they can keep their clothes on. Its amazing!
That's what I thought when I saw the contestants. Their come hither, look at my best ass-ets from all angles poses are intended to demonstrate which version of beauty - perchance the streetwalker variety?

Why only ugly ladies sign up for pageant And Pakistan was made on the name of ALLAH and Islamic religion then why we are even doing that. To show that we getting away from Islam.

But not everyone, including a former winner, agrees.
“There should have been an attempt to at least postpone it,” said Naomi Zaman, who won the crown in 2005. “We should focus more instead on raising funds. I’m hoping there will be some type of fundraising going on at the pageant.”
Zaman won’t be attending. She’s recording a song and video, and plans to donate proceeds to a number of “disasters around the world, especially flood victims.”
.
ummm the pageant winner Zaman isn't supporting having the pageant now especially when the flood tragedy happened. she seems to be holding a fund raiser for it, i would think that's a good thing

I think everyone knows what pornstars look like by the time you’ve hit your teens. If you don’t then you probably live in a remote bush in a remote island…and even there, there are chances that a copy of some tabloid would have floated off a sunken ship .

Good Lord these girls are UGLY.
If these were just any girls in school, at work, out shopping or whatever… it wouldn’t be a big deal…but no way in hell should they be chosen to “represent” Pakistani women at large.

Well, if their parents are allowing this behavior now, they probably allowed it before they were preteens too. So technically, the parents have also lost their ever loving minds!!

Re: "We're doing it for the Pakistani community." - Miss Pakistan World Organizer
yawn give her and her posse the 15 minutes and stuff, just dont patronize the event and its sponsors. I dont particularly care.
as I have declared that I am the reigning Pakistan champion of Jai alai etc.
btw tomorrow me and a few of my pals are getting together and will compete to have Pakistan's national ludo champion.
