& Wen I click on it…there are no messages that are unread? Can u pls fix it…cuz its really doin ma head in..!!!

Clear your browser's cookies and delete temporary internet files. Restart your browser and log back into gupshup. That should solve the problem. If it doesn't, contact the admin or open a thread in feedback forum.
