Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

At last Zulfiqar Mirza exposed the party who is involved in The target killings in Karachi. Hats off to you Mirza sahib. Keep it up and now please take some action against these criminals and hang them in public

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

^ he didnt say anything new, everyone know this. plus he does not have enuf guts to take any action, its just a futile effort to get mqm support on rgst and thats it.

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

Was n’t it the same dakoo (he looks like one) Zulfikar Mirza, a Sindhi nationalist and racist, who once said that Sindhis wanted to break up Pakistan when BB was assassinated. He is hardly a saint himself

Zulfikar Mirza’s pearls of wisdom

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

Was it not true ?

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

It seems you are the prejudiced one.

Let’s hope Dr.Mirza is given a free hand to deal with these MQM criminals.

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

So you agree with me.

Whatever your grievances such statements are unbecoming of a public office holder.
Is this the calibre of public office holders in our country that they can even threaten to shake the foundations of the very nation they so solemnly vow to protect under oath? Mr Mirza is not fit to hold any public office IMO after issuing such a belligerent statement which is tantamount to treason. He is always in the news for all the wrong reasons.

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

Using such vocabulary indicates you are the racist and prejudice against Sindhi population. You should have commented on what he said about target killings by mqm rather than uttering such ugly words reflecting your personality.

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

No need to take offence dear. How can my comments be taken to be against all Sind? I am against all nationalists be they be from any province. Mirza's comments are truly offensive and he should have apologised to the nation. I dislike him for sure and have no time for people like him.

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

This man is the same person who calls himself the "biggest badmaash". MQM has done much more for the people of Karachi and Sindh than this man who openly is calling for the extermination of urdu speakers.

Staff Report

KARACHI: Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Wednesday has given Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) 10 days’ deadline for an explanation on the fiery and controversial speech of Sindh’s Home Minister Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza.

After long and detailed meetings of Coordination Committee in Karachi and London simultaneously, MQM declared DR. Mirza’s aggressive speech a controversy of dividing Sindh and demanded a clear explanation from PPP leadership within 10 days.

MQM leader, Raza Haroon, said while talking to media after meeting that their party has reviewed new political scenario of the country in many hour long and nonstop meetings. We have also discussed the developing situation after the separation of Maulana fazal-ur-Rehman’s Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) along with the harsh speech of Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza.

“MQM is a mature and sensible party of the people and it will not take any decision in haste. We are giving 10 days time to PPP to clarify its position on Dr. Mirza’s controversial speech. After receiving PPP’s reply MQM will set its future course of action,” Raza Haroon added.

After the separation of Fazal-ur-Rehman’s Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) from the ruling alliance, emergency meetings of the Coordination Committee of Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) were simultaneously held in Karachi and London.

After sacking of Azam Khan Swati from the ministry of IT, JUI-F turned angry and announced to depart from the ruling alliance yesterday. MQM is also not very happy and carries many reservations over the issue of RGST and a recent fiery speech of Sindh’s Interior Minister and a prominent leader of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza.

The emergency meetings of MQM Coordination Committee reviewed the developing situation after the harsh and fiery speech of Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza. The options of continuing or quitting the ruling alliance were also assessed during the meetings.

Mean while, Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik tried to contact MQM leadership in London but failed. Later on he denied while talking to media that he never tried to contact any one and nor it was required.

After announcement of MQM’s 10 days deadline, PPP leader Sharjil Memon said in a statement that what ever was said by Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza, that was based on the intelligence reports of the secret agencies. SAMAA

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

Dude, dont complain, take action if that is true. You are the interior minister for crying out loud.

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

I am sorry Anwar, I know that you are a PPP fan but when MQM complained about an issue, whole media was like (including many politicians) that you are in power, why are you complaining about hukoomat kee na karkardgi. Cant we use the same logic here. If Zulfiqar Mirza cannot solve the issue of his own province, he should resign at least.

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

Have you seen any resign after Viki-Leaks?
Have you seen any resign after fall of Dhaka ?
Have you seen any resign after Kargul adventure ?
Why Mirza ?
It is true I am a PPP fan but I am too disturbed about what is done with PPP by all including top slot of PPP. PPP is the only binding force of Pakistan but now...............................................................................................................

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

Yes according to failure of law and order situation, he should resign. Tell me who in the hack will take out this evil, killing people for more than twenty years now. You want that these criminals should do whatever they like and no one should even point out their killings? The same logic applies to Kyani who is fighting war against terror without any meaningful out come. Taliban still strike with full power whenever and whereever they want to kill. Kyani should also resign for his failure isn't it?

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

He threatened all Urdu speakers with indiscriminate killings.
If that's what you want then sure, go ahead. If civil war is what you want then you will get it.

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

If you are just going to just sit back and wait for things to happen then you might as well not complain. It is the government's responsibility to restore law and order in Karachi. However they should act sensibly & only go after known criminals within MQM. Indiscriminate heavy-handed approach similar to that in the 90s has the potential to backfire & further aggravate the problem. There could be serious reprisals in the beginning resulting in the deaths of many innocents not just in Karachi but also in other parts of the country. Are we as a nation prepared for this at a time when people have already suffered enough at the hands of extremists?

Both PPP and PML-N seem very willing to welcome the MQM, despite knowing the ground realities, if it helps them to form the government in the centre and then they would also criticise MQM if they feel they can gain from it politically. Even many people are wondering now if this is all just a pressure tactic by PPP to get MQM to support the government on RGST. You cannot be in bed with MQM and at the same time criticise them when it suits you politically!!

PPP and PML-N cannot have it both ways

Re: Well done Zulfiqar Mirza

So if there is no PPP then there will be no Pakistan?
What a BS.
