A week long treat awaits book lovers at the New Delhi World Book Fair starting Saturday with books on sports as its theme in the backdrop of Commonwealth Games 2010 but a prominent absentee would be Pakistan’s state-run National Book Foundation.
Several publishers from India and abroad will take part in the fair including those from Pakistan but the National Book Foundation of Pakistan has decided to skip it.
It's a good decision at this moment in time.......
However it is also a sad day, why does it have to come to this? I wish both countries could some how be more friendly, at the end of the day the ordinary folk should not be affected. It may seem Ironic from me but heck the soldiers can fight thier battles but i wish we still had good relations, tis a shame this modern world.

How can there be friendship when WHOLE Pakistan orgainsed a terror attack against India?? All Pakistanis are responsible for Mumbai attacks and that's why they chose to keep Pakistani players out. Obviously ALL Pakistani cricketers are also terrorists and that's why poor Indians didn't let them play in India.
What if Pakistan book foundation were also planning a terrorist attack against Indians???? Indians are lucky that pakistan book foundation has decided NOT to take part in the fair.
