As Brazil is ready to welcome its guests for Rio Olympics, whether the athletes win a medal or no, atleast they are entitled to receive a welcoming package of 42 condoms per person.
For a 17 days event, a count of 42 isnt bad though i suspect there wont be any new records made due to possible subpar performance in the competition. Their motivation might be diverted.
