Do I need to be worried when I hear someone beating on my window or running outside when I am on the 20th floor?

We had a suicide at the garage next door and my window overlooks the garage.

Friggin creepy place.

All seriousness. I went to bed that night thinking it must be the palm tree at the bottom of the building swaying in the wind.

Well, tonight, that noise was not there. I've been living here for nearly 4 years and never heard such a noise.

Could it have just been the wind? Sometimes it sounds like someone beating against my doors or windows, but I know it's just the wind.

PCG, I used to have someone knock on my door at uni and run off. It used to be so scary and so annoying.

Also, once someone put their pu*** through my front door. Man, I hated those times.
