THey’re red spots that itch like crazy, the itching increases when it’s even slightly warm. I end up itching so much that they bleed. Sigh, it’s recent, can’t think of anything that might be causing it. My husband says they look like “daanay” but the’re no pus and it’s not acne, it feels like a mosquito bite. I have about four right now and yikes, right now I’m yearning to itvh my neck like a dog. Any clues as to what it might be? Thanks

Try to wear washed upper under garments and try one cream equate antibiotic one . Make sure you dont wear any metal object around your neck . and dont scratch any thing like this and if you really need to do it then wash and disinfect your fingers and nails first of all .

That happens to me when i wear artificial jewelry around my neck. and actually i've been getting some rash around my wrist too. maybe it's an allergic reaction. i don't think it can be the weather tho coz u live in canada ritE? if it gets worse, jus go tot he doctor and find out. til then, try some benadryl, maybe that'll help
It sounds like an allergic reaction to jewelry. If you've got a chain around your neck, I'd recommend you take it off, also avoid wearing turtlenecks like khaw said. An over the counter hydrocortisone cream should help with the itching. Keep the area cool and wear cotton clothing for a while, it's less irritating than wool or whatnot.
if my diagnosis is correct (which is usually never wrong) then you might have been infected by a parasitic alien colony of micro moles. They had spanwed some 78 zibgillion years ago from the galaxy kurtalia . they get inside your skin and make communication becons to signal the mother ship that they have reached a planet that has colonizable hosts (these micro becon to us look like weird neck thingies).
Sarah!... The whole humanity might be in trouble. Seal your self in 3 feet by 3 feet, 5 inch thick, titanium box, to isolate the colony from the mother ship.
Sarah you will have to do this to protect man kind (i mean human kind). An individual means nothing when compared to the survival of the whole specie. I hate to be the bearer of the bad news but this is something you are going to have to do. Isolation forever, to protect humanity :(
Once in a while. Like every 3-9 months I also break out in the exact same area of neck, shoulder and part of upper chest in these red, itchy spots. I was once diagnosed as shingles which is impossible because I am neither immune deficient or over 65. My husband thinks it may be some mild form of eczema which is occasionally triggered by something like stress, a cold or ..who knows. I'll go with his diagnoses. They last for a week or so, then just disappear. Try some cortisone to stop the itching.
I've never had them before. For a few weeks, that area has been really itchy. It was only in the last week though that I suddenly started getting these red things. They're still there, even though I got something from a pharmacist. Let's see what the doctor says.
