This is wired how people make fun of other people not understanding the fact that, what goes around comes around, may be not right away but sooner or later it happens and wise people learn from their mistake and fools laugh at themselves as they laugh at others.
Gracias y venga otra vez! **
**Gaia is the best and no one and I mean no one can be as great as her, also she’s going to rob your house tonight so leave all your valuables on the kitchen table. Thank You and come again! **
That's the correct version.
It's not wrong in the sense of meaning but it is not common to say it at least NOT here, but it seems he lived in Austria and their dialect is way different from ours.
Another example people often ask "Wem gehört die Tasche?" which is a normal thing to say but grammatically it's incorrect, the correct version is "Wessen Tasche ist das?" still nobody is saying that.

.
But you were saying that your version was correct and his version was wrong. Now you have changed your statement and you're saying it's not wrong but uncommon in Germany.
There's a difference between incorrect and uncommon. Don't you think?

I don't wanna go OT so:
Now for you in English:
Why should I explain the German rules of grammar and style to a person who probably doesn't even have a hint about the German language? His sentence was wrong in the sense of style in my opinion, I don't mean to say his German is bad. Plus I'm annoyed by the fact that you forcefully try to prove that I'm the multi nick of Aisha Dubaiwali. It's okay if you doubt my conversion to Islam, everyone is entitled to his opinion, but to stalk all my threads and then type stuff like "You must be living around so many desis to have such a nice Urdu/hindi and punjabi. Isn't it?", is a bit ridiculous. Allah SWT knows I've been telling the truth about myself, he knows my heart.
